MTC-601 NWC Product Realization Process & Technical Business Practices
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of controlling the build configuration of NWC weapon and weapon related product through the product realization process. This course educates participants in the rules, guidelines, and best practices defined in the NWC Technical Business Practices that are used to translate initial DOD and DOE requirements into a creditable stockpile weapon.

     - Training is three days in length, consisting of three eight-hour sessions.

MTC-602 Overview of the NWC Product Realization Process & Technical Business Practices
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of controlling the build configuration of NWC weapon and weapon related product through the product.

     - Training is 1/2 day in length, consisting of one four hour session.

MTC-603 Product Definition: Structure, Methods, & Application
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of product definition system including numbering methods, prefix definition, and other aspects needed to support the design definition of product.

     - Training is 1/2 day in length, consisting of one four hour session.

MTC-604 Product Control: Design, Fabrication, Change & Acceptance
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of controlling the configuration of NWC weapon and weapon related product through the product realization process.

     - Training is 1/2 day in length, consisting of one four hour session.

MTC-605 Product Verification and Validation: Requirements, Qualification, & Delivery
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of controlling the definition, development, delivery and support activities, responsibilities, and interrelationships throughout the weapon development life cycle and correlates the weapon system development activities to the product realization process.

     - Training is 1/2 day in length, consisting of one four hour session.

MTC-606 Product Records: Identification & Traceability
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of product identification, control, and accountability of all materials and processes for all elements of the product throughout the product lifecycle.  In addition, it presents the methods for identifying, collecting, filing, maintaining, retrieving, distributing, and retiring records.

     - Training is 1/2 day in length, consisting of one four hour session.

MTC-607

Product Control: Engineering Authorizations
Presents the DOE-accepted methods of controlling the configuration of NWC weapon and weapon related product through the product realization process. Primary training topics include Concurrent Qualification (TBP-100 Series), Engineering Authorization (TBP-400 Series), Product Acceptance and Control of Nonconformance (TBP-700 Series)

   - Training is 2 days in length, consisting of two seven hour session.
